About Pacific Plaza

In May 1994, our complex, Pacific Plaza officially opened. Originally named The Decameron, Pacific Plaza was lauded for the large size of the suites. While many units built in Vancouver at the time were 500 square feet in size, Pacific Plaza suites range between 1,200 and 1,600 square feet. There are no studio or one bedroom units. The wiring of every suite with fiber optic communications, leading edge technology at the time was also considered a noteworthy achievement.

Other features set this complex apart then, as they continue to do today. The location in Yaletown is ideal for those who love this interesting neighborhood. As Concord Pacific continues to grow so does the community population and the local services.

The unique "Urban Fare" shopping experience not only serves the locals well, but draws interested visitors from around the lower mainland.

Pacific Plaza itself stretches over an entire block, from Davie to Alvin Narod Mews and contains 147 residential units and 8 retail ground floor premises. In fact, the complex has three addresses and three lobbies. These addresses include 283 Davie Street, 1177 Pacific Boulevard and 238 Alvin Narod Mews.

On the second level, connecting the two main structures, is the podium garden and mini park and the pool and recreation center. No animals are permitted in this area. Residents enjoy the forty foot lap pool, hot tub/whirlpool and sauna as well as a fitness room equipped with universal gym, step and cycle machines.

Residents of Pacific Plaza are very proud of their Yaletown homes.
